  • Bands are set by claim value, not vertical — a water loss and a mold loss at the same claim value cost the same.
  • Supplement band is confirmed from the carrier's estimate value — you enter the exact figure at intake.
  • Clone / Re-format is a re-format of an existing estimate only; no re-scoping included.
  • Supplement requires you to upload the original adjuster estimate.
  • Rush adds 25% of the order total.
  • If the finished estimate lands in a different band than you selected, we adjust — higher band, we invoice the difference first; lower band, we refund the difference automatically.
